Cognosec to address German Online Gaming and Totally Gaming conferences...

Cognosec are delighted to announce that they will be attending the Online Gaming and Totally Gaming conferences based in Schleswig-Holstein, Germany and London, England on the 16th January and 24th January respectively.

Cognosec have been recently acquired by our parent company UC Group and will be reporting to the SecureTrading Group to extend our global information security services for the online business community and will be focusing on assisting businesses to trade more securely, by providing integrated security, risk management and payment services.

The CEO of Cognosec – Oliver Eckel will be one of the guest speakers at the events and will be talking in particular about the requirements and certification side of gaming businesses and how to avoid or counter new forms of attacks that are aimed at crippling your networks.

With Schleswig-Holstein adopting its own online gambling legislation that has been approved and praised by the European Commission, the Regulator will take centre stage to deliver the key requirements of the Ordinance in conjunction with this the event will also be hosting a one day forum entitled “Schleswig-Holstein Gaming License – Information Convention on Regulation and Tendering Procedure”.

The London event is built around understanding what the latest cybercrime threats are, how cybercrime is investigated in different jurisdictions and how operators can better protect their network and customers.
