The Mid-Year Meeting will take place at the Scandic Copenhagen Hotel, Copenhagen Vester Soegade 6, 1601 Copenhagen, Denmark, 9-12 May 2013
Submissions
The deadline for receipt of submissions was 12:00 UTC 14 March 2013Visas
It is the responsibility of all committee members and observers to ensure that they have both a valid passport and entry visa if required.

Letters of invitation from the Danish Sailing Association may be obtained on request to Anni Jensen.
Letters of invitation from ISAF may be obtained by request from Trish Merrick.
How to get to the Scandic Copenhagen Hotel from Copenhagen Airport (10 Km)
Taxi
A taxi from Copenhagen airport direct to the hotel will cost circa 36 euro and 30 GBP.
Train
Trains depart from inside Terminal 3 at Copenhagen airport. A single ticket costs 4/5 euro. The train journey is 20 minutes to Central Station which is a 5 minute walk from the hotel or take another train to Ves Vesterport. station which is a 1-2 minute walk from the hotel. NB. The metro does not go to Central station.
Registration
Committee Members attending meetings scheduled as part of the ISAF Mid-Year Meetings programme are not required to register in advance. Name badges will be available for collection from the ISAF Reception desk at the Scandic Copenhagen Hotel. Committee members who are unable to attend are requested to inform the ISAF Secretariat.
Observers are welcome to attend open meetings and must register in advance.
