Cunard Competition Terms and Conditions 

1. This promotion is open to RYA Gold members only.
2. This promotion excludes employees of Royal Yachting Association, their families, agencies or anyone connected with the promotion.
3. Closing date for receipt of entries is 16th January 2011.
4. No purchase is necessary.
5. There is a limit of one entry per RYA Gold member. Entries made by agents or third parties or on behalf of an entrant will be deemed invalid.
6. Three prizes are available for two people to visit a Cunard ship for a tour and lunch. The RYA reserves the right to provide a substitute should the prize granted become unavailable for reasons beyond its control.
7. Security will be of a very high level so photo identification must be presented at check-in. A UK photo driving licence or valid passports are the only acceptable forms of photo identification. Photocopies will not be accepted. Please note that failure to produce either a valid UK photo driving licence or passport will result in guests being denied access on board. No exceptions can be made. Guests’ valid ID’s will be kept until the end of the visit and returned upon disembarkation.
8. All visitors will need to sign a health form questionnaire prior boarding the vessel confirming that there have been no symptoms of vomiting or diarrhoea within 48 hours of the visit.
9. The winning visitors will be part of a group touring the ship. Tour groups will not be higher than 20 people. In the event of unforeseen circumstances Cunard reserves the right to postpone or cancel these events if required.
10. The winners will be sent a selection of available dates to visit Queen Mary 2, Queen Victoria or Queen Elizabeth by 30 March 2011. The visit will be agreed between the winner and the event organiser.
11. Name changes cannot be made within 7 prior to the visit.
12. Guests will be responsible for their own travel arrangements to and from the Southampton Cruise Terminal to join the vessel.
13. There is no cash alternative.
14. Visitors must be 16 years of age or over.
15. All personal details must be received by the date indicated by the event organiser.
16. Visitors in wheelchairs will be required to provide their own wheelchair and their guest must be able to push the wheelchair during the tour.
17. No smoking will be allowed during the visit.

19. The winners will be notified personally by email by 28th January 2011. Please ensure the email address provided is correct. If the winner cannot be traced after reasonable efforts have been made by the RYA, that winner will forego the right to claim the prize and the RYA will arrange for a replacement winning entry to be selected.
20. Entrants accept that if they win, the RYA will have the right, without additional payment or permission, to use their name, age, town of residence and likeness for the purposes of announcing the winner of this prize draw and for related promotional purposes.
21. The name and town of the winner will be sent to anyone who writes within 3 months of the close of the competition to RYA Marketing, RYA House, Ensign Way, Hamble, SO31 4YA.
22. These terms and conditions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with English Law and shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England
23. The decision of the RYA as promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
