Grahame Robb Associates was set up as a Partnership in 1989 to design and deliver staff development programmes to public and private sector clients.

After 9 years of successful trading, Grahame Robb Associates Ltd (GRA Ltd) was incorporated in 1998, and now has its own purpose-built Head Office just outside Winchester. We employ around 20 permanent and associate members of staff with a wealth of experience in all areas of training and development. We also have a major Corporate Outdoor Learning Centre at Wokefield Park, Reading, which includes one of the largest ropes courses in Europe
