About our Manchester property services

Our Manchester office, which is the biggest of our North based offices, is based at 3 Hardman Street, within the new commercial district of Spinningfields. From here we cover the North West, including Manchester City Centre, Salford Quays as well as the counties of Cheshire, Cumbria, Merseyside and Lancashire.

We are appointed on some of the region’s most significant schemes including the Transport for Greater Manchester Metrolink development, Central Park and Cheadle Royal Business Park and Broadfield Distribution Park.

Our Manchester office also manages major contracts for The Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (NDA) and Homes and Communities Agency (HCA).
