About our Leicester property services
Our Leicester office is based on De Montfort Street within the city centre’s New Walk and London Road business district. From here we cover the city centre and out of town markets and work closely with our nearby Nottingham office extending our reach to the wider East Midlands area.
Headed by Geoff Gibson, our teams provide both transactional and consultancy advice to local, regional, and national clients within both the public and private sectors.
We act on many of the county’s major schemes including the prime city centre Colton Square office development, Watermead Business Park, Grove Business Park, St Martin’s and Loughborough’s Carillion Court shopping centre. We also work for Interlink, Bardon, and Airfield Business Park in Market Harborough.
Our in depth knowledge of the markets is reflected in our recent instruction, commissioned by the Mayor on behalf of the Council, to undertake a major Leicester City Centre office study.
The modern offices have one of the most attractive outlooks in the city facing De Montfort Square Park and are within a 5 minute walk of Leicester's Mainline Railway Station. We are just 10 minutes from the city centre, and 15 minutes drive from the M1 at J21 or 22.
