LSH are utterly awful - and have given no care for the safety of residents in my block.
At one poi...nt we had a broken front door for 3 weeks and bins constantly blocking another fire exit - leaving only 1 left.
Wholly incompetent and almost NEVER reply to emails without resending 5 times....
A dreadful company who MASSIVELY overcharge and don't care at all about their customers. See More

Lambert Smith Hampton manage the building I live in and have been very bad. There was an issue with ...the security in my flat block with the doors not locking shut, they fixed the door but it soon broke just 2 weeks later after replacement. Now having been visiting my parents for a long weekend I came home to find the codes had all been changed but I have not been told the new code, no email, letter or phone call - had to wait outside until someone came out. None of the 30 odd residents have been told the code, it is ridiculous that I am not able to access my own flat. See More
Worst property management company ever to have existed. I live in an apartment block managed by LSH ...and over 3 months ago reported an issue with our security door which was being accessed by non residents. This has caused a lot of anti social behaviour and I no longer feel safe in my own apartment. When I was unsatisfied with the lack of response I asked for the company's official complaints procedure. I was told to forward my initial complaint to Paul Boothman who is the manager. Two weeks later I still have not had any kind of response to my complaint. I actually had to email him again to see if he had at least received my complaint. I then got the lacklustre response of 'I will respond at some point next week'. Totally unsatisfied with the company. They are quick to send threatening letters if I don't pay the service charge yet they are happy to put people and there homes at risk for months and months on end. Looking to get some legal advice as I am sure they can not get away with ignoring the issues the way they have. See More
