RECORD-breaking Olympic sailor Ben Ainslie will be Team GB’s flag bearer at the Closing Ceremony of the London 2012 Olympic Games tomorrow (Sun).
The 35-year-old Ain...slie became the greatest sailing Olympian of all time last week when he won the Finn class at Weymouth – his fourth consecutive Gold medal at successive Olympiads and the fifth consecutive Olympic Games he has secured a medal.See More
Ainslie won the first of his history-making medal haul - a Laser class Silver – as a wide-eyed 19-year-old at Atlanta, 1996. He then won three consecutive Golds at Sydney 2000 (Laser), Athens 2004 (Finn) and Beijing 2008 (Finn).

Olympic debutants,...Luke Patience and Stuart Bithell, ran the Australian triple World Champions, Mathew Belcher and Malcolm Page, close for 470 Men’s gold in the first medal race of the day before Hannah Mills and Saskia Clark, who only started sailing together 18 months ago, then collected Britain’s final medal of the 2012 Games.See More
