We are upgrading a Core Router on Saturday 26th November between 10pm and 11pm GMT and during this window, there will be some downtime of the payment services. We intend to keep this to a minimum and we do not expect any downtime to exceed 20 minutes in total.

Switching to a different Payment Service Provider might seem like a lot of effort, however when you are constantly experiencing problems with your current provider, switching suppliers could save you the hassle as well as money.

We recently ran an online poll on the SecureTrading website to ask the question: ‘What is the most important requirement of a payment processing provider?’ and were quite surprised by the results.

We have been informed that RSA, the third party organisation that hosts the authentication service for Visa and MasterCard, will be conducting essential maintenance work on their authentication service on Sunday 20 November 2011, between 07:00 and 08:00 GMT

It has come to our attention that a large number of emails have been sent out confirming a purchase that appear to have come from a SecureTrading email address.

We can categorically state that this is not the case and we have no involvement whatsoever in the sending of these emails and no access to any of the data contained within. We advise you to delete the emails and do not click on any of the links.
