If you have a complaint about accessing information – whether it’s information about you or information you’ve asked for from a public body – we may be able to help.

If you have a complaint about the way an organisation has handled your personal information – perhaps they hold information about you that’s wrong, they have held it for too long or they have lost it – we may be able to help.

If you have a complaint about receiving unwanted electronic marketing, for example via telephone, email or text, we may be able to help.
