Under Account Information, click Credit Cards. Here, you can add a new card, remove an existing card, or edit an existing card.
To add a credit card to your account, click the Add New Card button, enter the necessary information, and click Save.To remove a saved credit card from your account, click Delete next to the card you wish to remove. In the next screen you will be prompted to Cancel or Delete. If you wish to delete the card, click Delete.
If you wish to edit an existing card's information, click Edit next to the card you wish to edit.Under Account Information, click Address Book. Here, you can add a new address, remove an existing address, or edit an existing address.

We do not collect sales or use taxes in all states. For states imposing sales or use taxes, your purchase is subject to use tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation. Your purchase is not exempt merely because it is made over the Internet or by other remote means. Many states require purchasers to file a sales/use tax return at the end of the year reporting all of the taxable purchases that were not taxed and to pay tax on those purchases. Colorado
Colorado HB 1193, enacted in February 2010, required online retailers to provide a detailed purchase report to customers with more than $500 of annual Colorado purchases by January 31st and to provide a summary purchase report with the total amount of each customer's annual Colorado purchases to the Colorado Department of Revenue by March 31st. This law is currently the subject of a legal challenge brought by the Direct Marketing Association and others. In the meantime, the U.S. District Court has suspended enactment of the law while the legal challenge proceeds.
Oklahoma
For Oklahoma purchasers, the tax may be reported and paid on the Oklahoma individual income tax return [Form 511] or by filing a consumer use tax return [Form 21-1]. The referenced forms and corresponding instructions are available on the Oklahoma Tax Commission website, www.tax.ok.gov. We are required to provide the notice above for Oklahoma purchases based on Oklahoma law (HB 2359) enacted in June 2010.
South Dakota
For South Dakota purchasers, the tax may be paid on the South Dakota use tax form. The use tax form and corresponding instructions are available on the South Dakota Department of Revenue website. We are required to provide the notice (but not the reports) above for South Dakota purchases based on South Dakota law (SB 146) enacted in April 2011.
Tennessee
Please be aware that purchases shipped to Tennessee may be subject to Tennessee Use Tax (T.C.A. § 67-6-210) unless an exemption exists under Tennessee law. A sale is not exempt under Tennessee law because it is made through the Internet. Payments of applicable Tennessee use tax may be made through the Tennessee Department of Revenue's Website at https://apps.tn.gov/usetax.
Vermont
For Vermont purchasers, the tax may be reported and paid on the Vermont use tax form. The use tax form and corresponding instructions are available on the Vermont department of taxes website. We are required to provide the notice above for Vermont purchases based on Vermont law (H 436) enacted in May 2011.

Gift Certificate Terms and Conditions
1. Redemption.
Gift Cards must be redeemed on www.shopbop.com, toward the purchase of eligible products. Purchases are deducted from the Gift Card balance. Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's Gift Card account when redeemed. If an order exceeds the amount of the Gift Card, the balance must be paid with a credit card or other available payment method. Shopbop.com may provide Gift Card purchasers with information about the redemption status of Gift Cards that they purchase. To view Gift Card balances, visit "My Account" on Shopbop.com.
2. Limitations.
- Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
- Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law.
The risk of loss and title for Gift Cards pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission to the purchaser, recipient or delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable. We are not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission.
4. Fraud.
Shopbop.com will have the right to close customer accounts and bill alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained Gift Card is redeemed and/or used to make purchases on Shopbop.com.
5. Limitation of Liability.

6. Disputes.
Any dispute relating in any way to Shopbop.com Gift Cards in which the aggregate total claim for relief sought on behalf of one or more parties exceeds $7,500 shall be adjudicated in any state or federal court in King County, Washington, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
7. General Terms.
Shopbop.com Gift Cards are issued by BOP LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company. When you purchase, receive or redeem a Shopbop.com Gift Card, you agree that the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Gift Card terms and conditions. BOP LLC reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time in its discretion. All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law.
Previously Expired Gift Cards:
The expiration date for Gift Cards issued after October 1, 2005 are waived and may be redeemed for eligible purchases notwithstanding any stated expiration date. Any Gift Cards issued prior to that date expire in accordance with their terms. Expiration dates also do not apply for such Gift Cards issued in CA, CT, LA, ME, MD, MA, MT, NH, ND, OK, RI, VT, WA. Expiration dates do not apply in any other state solely to the extent as prohibited or limited by law.
