In this section of the site we provide guidance on the Equality Act 2010 insofar as it relates to members, associate members and guests and to RTCs.

Equality Act 2010

The Government has harmonised all discrimination legislation.  The scope of discrimination law has been extended to 'Associations' which include private members clubs and 'Service Providers' which includes RTCs.  Our Guidance (downloadable from the table below) seeks to explain the Act and what it means for your club/RTC.
