Classic FM has teamed up again with Yamaha, Avid and the Musicians Union to give you the opportunity to reward a special music teacher who has made the greatest difference to the musical life of their students. Two Amateur pianists shared the honours and achieved professional recognition for their astonishing classical piano talent after winning the live final of the prestigious 2012 Amateur Piano Competition, presented by Pianist magazine, Yamaha and Chetham’s School of Music at the Royal Northern College of Music in Manchester on Wednesday 22nd August.
