Boasting a schedule of hard to resist gastronomic treats and informative Boat Clinics, the 2012 PSP Southampton Boat Show Sea Kitchen Theatre has something for everyone, every day.

With legendary Celebrity Chef Mark Sargeant making appearances along with top Chefs from restaurants in the local area, you will have the opportunity to pick up some tips on how to enjoy food at its best and ensure every day at sea is a delicious one.

Coupled with this you will find the Great British Oyster Festival popping up daily, with Katy Davidson presenting tips and information on how to select and open oysters and how to ensure they come from sustainable sources.

Alongside the culinary treats we have the Boat Clinics to help you get the most from your boating activities. Don’t miss out on the industries top experts imparting their wisdom with everything from the Royal Navy, Ocean Safety and information on how to wear your lifejacket correctly.
