Day 6 Morning Preview:

Well yesterday was exciting wasn’t it?? But while the excitement start’s building ahead of tomorrow’s Star and Finn medal races, before that there is a whole day of racing to come today.

By the end of today we will know how Ali Young and Paul Goodison in the Laser Radial and Laser will stand as they head into their medal race on Monday, while the Match Race Girls will know who they will meet in next Wednesday’s quarter finals.

The 49ers are enjoying their rest day today seven of the 10 classes in action. After their rest day Bryony Shaw and Nick Dempsey return to action in the RS:X windsurfing.

Meanwhile the 470 Men should get their fifth (and sixth!) races under their belts today meaning that they are able to discard their worst score the regatta so far.
