  • I have not received my tickets? Track your order using your booking reference and email address. This will show details confirming your order and whether your tickets have been mailed out. You can check this information here
  • What are the Opening times for the Show? Gates will be open from 9:30am for access into the small boat park. The main Show will be open from 10am everyday. Opening times found here
  • Can I use my ticket for Public Preview Day? If you have purchased a Public Preview Day or Any Day ticket, this can be used for Public Preview Day or any day after that. (admission on just one day)
  • Are public allowed to come to the Show on Preview Day? Public entry is permitted on Public Preview Day
  • How do I get to Mayflower Park, Southampton? There are several ways to get to Southampton, see the Travel information page to find the best mode for you.
  • Is there somewhere I can leave my luggage? No
  • Can I actually have a go at Sailing? Yes. For visitors aged 8 - 16 years old, they can book a dinghy sailing lesson with Rockley Watersports.  Find out more here
  • How much is it to have a go at Sailing?  This activity is free and is operated on a first come first served basis. Visitors will be required to fill in a disclaimer at the booking point stand A101 near the Show Entrance. Please note there is limited availability and condtitions apply and may include age restrictions. Find out more
  • Can I return back into the Show(s) on the same day if I go out? No, there is a no return policy.
  • Can I bring my dog to the Show? No, except guide dogs.
  • What shoes should I wear? Comfortable shoes (deck shoes if you have them are ideal)
  • Is there a ladies day at the Show? Yes. This year's Ladies Day takes place on Thursday 20 September 2012. Find out more
  • Is the competition for best dressed lady running again for 2012? There will be the chance to win the crown of best dressed lady with prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes. Keep up to date with the days activities here.
  • Is there a Platinum Ticket for the Show? Yes. This year the Platinum Experience in association with Princess will offers visitors a VIP day out including great food, fantastic views of the marina plus a 1 hour boat ride on a Princess Motor Yacht. Find out more about the Platinum Ticket
  • Can I book any of the ‘Have A Go' activities in advance? No. This year you can book your trip in advance for Try-A-Boat, find out more here. Don't worry some boats will remain free to book on arrival at the Show on a first come first served basis. Please ensure you get to the Show early to avoid dissapointment.
  • Can you pre book car parking? Car parking cannot be pre-booked. To find out prices please take a look at the Travel information
  • Is there Park and Ride? No
  • Do you offer concession tickets?  Yes, to Senior Citizens, Students (with a valid NUS card) and people with disabilities +Aid. For prices and conditions refer to the ticket information page
  • Is there disabled access at the Show? Yes. To find out more information take a look at the  Visitor Facilities section and the Disabled access page.
  • Is there disabled parking? Yes. There are a number of packing spaces available in all City Council surface car parks for visitors displaying a valid blue badge (disabled parking). Find out more by taking a look at the Disabled Access area
