We can help get the most out of your day, providing you with a Teachers' Pack which includes essential information to help plan your trip. We offer a free teacher's site visit prior to your trip to help you get the most out of the day and also to help with the Risk Assessment.

Free Site Visits

It is important to ensure the safety of your students. To assist you with planning for an enjoyable day out at the Show please download the Schools Safety Form and return to the Show Organisers.  We do provide the opportunity for schools to carry out a site inspection prior your trip to the Show. This can be carried out as follows

  • Site Visit before Friday 16 September - You will be provided with a ‘Build Up / Breakdown Pass’. You MUST wear sensible shoes and report to the Organiser's office, located next to the Holiday Inn, to make them aware you are on site
  • Site Visit Friday 16 September onwards - The Show will be open to the public and you will therefore be provided tickets to gain entry.

You will also need to complete a Photography Consent Form and return it to the Show's organisers prior to your visit.

Tickets

The Show provides a child's ticket for entry, however there is normally a limit on 2 children per adult, so you will be required to Show on arrival your confirmation letter and a schools register for all children aged 15 years and under. This register must not be handed to security but retained for the Show Organisers for auditing purposes.
