Sarah tells us how she first got into sailing right through to winning Olympic Gold, twice!
Sarah Ayton won gold at both the 2004, Athens and 2008 Beijing Games. Sailing in the Yngling, firstly with Shirley Robinson and Sarah Webb, before moving to the back of the boat, and joined once again by Sarah Webb, as well as new crew member Pippa Wilson.
