RYA Cruising Manager, Stuart Carruthers, takes us through the final announcement made by Government on the modernisation of the Coastguard. Throughout this year we have raised boaters concerns over the future capability of the UK's Search and Rescue service to Government. we are pleased to see that it has listened.
