There's a lot of misinformation around about the MCAs plans to modernise the Coastguard. To hear the facts and have your say attend one of the MCA's public meetings which are taking place countrywide starting next week.
I always manage to ram the clubs RIB into the pontoon just when the Commodore is kindly waiting to take my line. In this issue we help you to avoid similar embarrassment as we take a look at some basic boat handling techniques.
