Facebook’s Preferred Marketing Developer Program helps developers build products that make social marketing easier and more effective. The Partner Manager will work closely with our most strategic partners across a variety of business units (primarily product and engineering) to develop products and services related to marketing on Facebook. As a Partner Manager, you are expected to provide deep product insight and ongoing consultative support to drive partner product roadmaps and business growth. This position is based in our Menlo Park office.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary relationship owner with technology partners
- Identify and translate market opportunities into a well-defined product vision/strategy
- Drive strategic and technical partner product development efforts from concept to launch
- Evangelize Facebook's products to developer partners and provide ongoing education
- Champion partner product feedback and feature requests within Facebook
- Manage external product beta testing process
- Monitor partner compliance with program requirements, policies and objectives
Requirements
- 4+ years experience in a partner management, product management, or engineering role
- 2+ years client facing experience working with director level and above executives
- Developed and deployed 2+ major Internet products or technologies
- Exceptional written/oral communication skills and influence abilities
- Excellent project management and quantitative/analytical skills
- Ability to lead and execute multiple time-sensitive projects in parallel
- Deep passion for Facebook products, technology, and online marketing
