How do I register?

Anyone may register for the website and gain access to a wide range of resources and information. To register, simply click the 'Register' link (top right-hand corner of the webpage) and complete the required fields. You will be sent an email to authenticate and activate your account.

If you are an accredited member of UK Anti-Doping's Education Delivery Network or Doping Control Portal you will have been provided with log-in details.

I cannot log in

If you are unable to login, please click on 'Sign In' (top right of the homepage) and select either 'Forgotten Username' or 'Forgotten Password'. You will then be sent an email to your registered email to reset your account.

How do I apply for a TUE?

ADAMS and Whereabouts

How do I update my ADAMS in an emergency?

Athletes only need to submit last minute updates if the location or time of the 60-minute slot is changing.

Changes can be made to Whereabouts Filings up to one minute before the specified hour commences. There are a number of ways this can be done:

NOTE: The update must be received before the start of your specified hour for it to be considered in any investigation of a Missed Test.

How do I submit my whereabouts

If you are an athlete on the National Registered Testing Pool (NRTP) you will need to submit your whereabouts using My ADAMS which is available at https://adams.wada-ama.org/adams/

Checking medication

How do I check my medications?

Athletes can check all medications purchased in the UK, Canada and U.S.A using Global DRO at www.globaldro.co.uk

How to make a comment or complaint

UK Anti-Doping welcomes feedback of all types and we are committed to continuously improving the service we provide.

Formal complaints may be made via email at ukad@ukad.org.uk

You can also make a complaint in person; by telephone or in writing via post or fax. 

UK Anti-Doping aims to log and fully investigate complaints within 7 working days, or provide the complainant with a reason why if this is not possible.

UK Anti-Doping will investigate complaints which have been made anonymously, however we would prefer to be able to contact the complainant in order to ensure that we have adequately addressed the reported concerns.
