Have you received one of our delivery cards through your door or a letter from us regarding charges?
Collect from our depot
We can keep your parcel safely at our depot, and you will need to bring your redelivery card, proof of identity and proof of delivery address.
Redeliver to you
Please note: you cannot arrange redelivery if your parcel is already at a local Post Office® branch
Would you like us to redeliver your parcel to the same address that we attempted delivery to?
Or to a different address, however there is a £5.50 charge including VAT for this service.
Collect from a local Post Office®
You can arrange to collect your item from a local Post Office branch at your convenience. There is a charge of £1.00 including VAT for this service. You will need to bring your redelivery card, proof of identity and proof of delivery address.
Pay your customs charge
Have you received a letter about customs charges? You can pay these online and arrange delivery of your parcel.
