Geography of Antigua:

The country is comprised of two main islands, Antigua and Barbuda, and a uninhabited rocky islet, Redonda. The islands form part of the chain of islands known as the Lesser Antilles and are situated 250 miles southeast of San Juan in the sub-grouping of the Eastern Caribbean. Antigua's coastline curves into a multitude of coves giving the island its renowned 365 beaches. Boggy Point in the south is, at 1,319 feet, Antigua's highest point.

Barbuda lies 48 kms north of Antigua. It is flat with several miles of unbroken beaches. It is a haven for hundreds of bird species, including the magnificent Frigate birds, fallow deer, guinea birds and wild boars.
