Make parking easy at Regatta

Residents Car Park Permits

Parking at our Royal Regatta is extremely difficult but if you are a South Hams resident you can buy a concessionary car park permit(s) allowing you to park in any SHDC owned car park, seven days a week, between the hours of 4:00pm and 10:00am.
Each permit costs £21 (inc. VAT), and is valid for one car, but you can purchase more than one permit if you wish. Permits are valid for 12 months.

For those of you planning for 2013 the Royal Regatta dates will be:

Thursday, Friday and Saturday, 29th, 30th and 31st August with the Opening Ceremony on Wednesday, 28th August, 2013.

168 years, going on 190

The Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta has always celebrated the number of actual Regattas that have been held, which this year will be the 168th.

Following recent correspondence with our Royal Patron, HRH The Duke of York, and the fact that our first recorded Regatta was in 1822, the Committee have unanimously decided that this year we will be Celebrating the 190th Anniversary of the Dartmouth Regatta.
