This infamous 5.1 m road race - run under UK Athletic rules - is now in its 36th year. Starting at 2pm (and finishing) at the Boatfloat Bridge on South Embankment, runners follow the road out to Stoke Fleming running out towards the mouth of the river Dart. Once at Stoke Fleming runners turn returning via the lanes towards Little Dartmouth, then back along Dartmouth`s South Embankment to the finish in front of a crowd of hundreds of cheering spectators.
There is also a juniors race and a fun run provided for younger athletes.
Parking at Regatta is at a premium, so please remember to arrive in plenty of time. Public toilets and showers are located on South Embankment. Luggage/bag storage provided.
