12 Indemnity

19 Language

In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the terms of the English version of these Terms and Conditions of Use and any translation, whether provided by Waterscape or otherwise, the English version of the Terms of Conditions of Use shall prevail.

All contracts to be entered into via this website will be in English.
