Volvo Car Competition Terms & Conditions 

Volvo win a car for the weekend competion as part of the exhibitor survey.

1.       The Volvo Win A Car For A Weekend competition draws are subject to the following terms and conditions and are open to UK recipients only. All entrants are bound by the terms and conditions of the promotion as detailed below.

2.       Employees of Volvo Car UK Limited, their dealers, printers and agents or anyone connected with the promotion and their families or employees are not eligible to take part.

3.       The first name drawn will win the use of an XC90 for a weekend (Thursday to Monday inclusive) the exact date to be agreed with Volvo Car UK.

4.       The winner must be over 25 years of age and have held a full British Driving Licence for more than 12 months with no more than 6 endorsement points.

5.       There is no cash alternative and the prize is not transferable.

6.       Volvo Car UK reserves the right to check the validity of any entry. Entries failing to comply with these rules will not be accepted.

7.       Winners may be required to take part in publicity for Volvo Car UK (including photographs).

8.       Details of the winner will feature on line at www.facebook.com/volvocarssailing

9.       Volvo Car UK reserves the right to offer the prize to other entrants should a winner be unable, for any reason, to accept the prize.

10.   Entrants agree to make themselves available for publicity purposes as requested by Volvo Car UK and agree to the use of their image and quotes as Volvo Car UK shall decide.

11.   If circumstances dictate, Volvo Car UK reserves the right to change the prize offered.

12.    Volvo Car UK accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to property howsoever caused either in the UK or overseas.

13.   In the event of a dispute the decision by Volvo Car UK is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered in to.

14.   Volvo Sailing competition’s Prize Draws will be supervised by an independent person. The winner will be notified by email.

15.   The name of the winner will be posted on the Volvo Sailing Facebook page. No other correspondence will be entered in to concerning the draw.

16.   No purchase is necessary to enter Volvo Sailing competition draws.

17.   The prize may affect the tax position of the winner
