Motor Cruise

The 2011 RYA Sealine Southern Motor Cruise, supported by Seastart, TH Marine and Boatshed Hamble, aims to bring together Motor Cruisers of all abilities from the novice to the experienced, who like to cruise in company with professional support.

About the Cruise

The aim of the RYA Sealine Southern Motor Cruise is to bring together Motor Cruisers of all abilities from the novice, who may be a first time channel crosser to the more experienced, or those who just like to cruise in company. The event is an opportunity for motor boaters to cruise together with the benefit of a RYA Yachtmaster Instructor on hand to offer support and guidance to those who may never have crossed the channel before. It is also for experienced hands to extend their cruising grounds and for those who just like to meet new friends.

For each cruise the RYA Cruising Team plans the route, arranges the berthing in each of the destinations and organises social activities in a number of the ports of call.  This takes away the hassle and allows the participants to simply enjoy the cruising!

The cruise is open to motor cruisers with a LOA of 25ft and over and capable of a cruising speed of no less than 15kts. Vessels of less than 25ft will be assessed on an individual basis.

2011 Cruise Options
