The RYA employs over 160 staff. Most of them work from our modern headquarters in Hamble, near Southampton, but some are based in other parts of the UK. As well as sailing and boating specialists, and professional staff in support departments such as Accounts, IT, Marketing or Legal, we employ a large number of administrative staff.
