Tall Ship Sailing Adventures for All
The JST is a registered charity that owns and operates Lord Nelson and Tenacious, the only two tall ships in the world designed and built to enable people of all physical abilities to sail side-by-side as equals.
In my case the voyage was the realisation of a boyhood dream; and ambition I have had all my life. It wildly exceeded my expectations and I can’t wait to do it again.

Icelandic Volcano - Important Announcement
Based on the latest information from the Met Office, NATS advises that the restrictions currently in place across UK controlled airspace will remain in place until 0700 (local time) tomorrow, Tuesday.
From 0700 (local time) tomorrow, Tuesday, Scottish airspace will be open, and south to a line between Teesside and Blackpool. Mainland Scottish airports will be open.
This is a dynamic and changing situation and is therefore difficult to forecast beyond 0700 local; however, the latest Met Office advice is that the contaminated area will continue to move south with the possibility that restrictions to airspace above England and Wales, including the London area, may be lifted later tomorrow (Tuesday).
We are also aware that Ryan Air have cancelled all flights until at least Wednesday.
We are aware that this is continuing to affect both the crew departing voyage TNS278 and the crew joining TNS279. We are monitoring the situation through the NATs website and keeping the ship up to date.
As a result Jubilee Sailing Trust would like everyone to be aware that the ship will remain in Trapani until late afternoon Wednesday 21st April to enable the current crew to depart and the new crew to join. After this time the ship will have to depart in order to keep to schedule. There are berths available for people already on board to stay and join the next voyage arriving Volos, Greece on Friday 30th April.
We will continue to keep you updated. If you would like to read the most recent statement from Nats you can visit http://www.nats.co.uk/.

Can we ask voyage crew who should be joining the ship to keep us fully informed as to their travel arrangements and those who will no longer be joining to please let us know?
