The culinary scene in Macau is a delightful blend of Chinese and Portuguese influences, creating the distinctive Macanese cuisine. Signature dishes include African chicken, pork chop buns, pork jerky, and the famous Portuguese egg tarts (Pastel de Nata), alongside a variety of desserts such as durian ice cream and steamed milk pudding from Yee Shun Milk. While Macau's nightlife scene may be modest, it boasts several excellent spots for an evening out. I highly recommend starting at SKY 21, a stunning rooftop lounge atop the AIA tower with views of the Grand Lisboa and Macau Tower. With a live DJ, ping-pong, and shisha available until 4 am, it promises a memorable night. The highlight of my Macau adventure was the Macau Bungee, the world's highest urban bungee jump at 233 meters (764 feet), offering a breathtaking 6 or 7-second free fall at speeds of 120km/h.
