Winter & Winter Records
Winter & Winter is a Munich-based record label that specializes in jazz, classical and improvised music which was founded by Stefan Winter following the demise of the JMT label. Since 1997 Winter & Winter has released records by Dave Douglas, Paul Motian, Jim Black, Fred Frith and Uri Caine and rereleased albums from the JMT catalogue, including recordings by Steve Coleman, Cassandra Wilson, Greg Osby, Django Bates and Paul Motian.

Music Edition
Winter & Winter's Music Edition has released over 200 albums from a variety of artists across many genres including jazz, experimental music, contemporary and classical, soundtracks, and world music as well as releasing a series of AudioFilms described as "cinema for closed eyes".
JMT Edition
Between 2001 and 2005 Winter & Winter's JMT Edition rereleased 81 albums originally issued on JMT Records. Following the original reissue program several albums were later rereleased as part of the Music Edition series.
