Once when my mom Asked what his favorite memory of their marriage was, he answered the Packers winning the superbowl (Favre), his health hadn’t been well lately. Tomorrow I hope the team plays well and my dad can still watch somehow. GPG

Waking up to so many people sharing kind thoughts is amazing. I truly believe being a Packer fan is special and there is a bond amongst us. Thank you all.

Hi all. I just wanted to pop in and say my greetings to everyone here. I'm so glad I could set my time machine to the day Malik Willis debuts as a Packer. This moment will live in not just Packers history, but NFL history for all time.

In my time Malik Willis is known as the greatest sports come back story in history. The man who takes over for an injured starter in Jordan Love and supplants him within 3 weeks.

Sure, Gutey had egg on his face for having the highest-paid backup QB in history, but the good news is that he got it right in trading for Malik Willis for pennies. Love also goes on to make a great career for himself as the starting QB for the Washington Foreskins (they keep trying new things and eventually the fan base turns on them and choose this as the name) after Jayden Daniels doesn't pan out.

Back to this game though. Week 2 of the 2024 season and everyone expects this nobody flunky to do nothing and boy does he prove the haters wrong. He not only saves GBs season but goes on to take them to the first of 12 Superbowl titles he wins with the team.

He is such a successful QB that we now unofficially refer to the MVP award as the MWP award for Malik Willis Player of the year in honor of the man who won 8 of them back of back.

It's just such an honor I will get to relive this moment again thanks to advances in time travel technology and beer.

UK based Packers fan here. I've made the pilgrimage four times between 2016-2019 for visits to the Packers Hall of Fame and games.

Early season midday games were the ones we'd book, we also saw Huntley's home debut, so could well imagine being there today.
