Rock Bottom [Beverly Hills]:  Easy To Be / My Eyes Can't See   Comment by tymeshifter

My promo copy appears to be in the same sleeve it was issued to the radio station in, and bearing the date May 4, 1972, for whatever that is worth.

Dino, Desi And Billy:  Hawley / Let's Talk It Over   Comment by Grady McPhail

The flip side is most excellent but the only youtube video currently available is by one of those people who think filming a record on a turntable is a worthwhile thing to do. Anyway I will try to get a better version posted here when I am able, it's a cool tune.

The Soul Machine [With John Reese]:  You'd Better Watch Your Fox / Hang On (Just A Little Bit Longer)   Comment by johnnyhotspur

@kenb73 Yes, I did suggest that the 'with John Reese' should be dropped from this 45. I did have info that the 'Kammy' band were the same group (they are also listed together on Discogs) but I can't remember now how I acquired that info! Looking at it now, 4 years later I...

The Valentines:  The Woo Woo Train / Lily Maebelle   Comment by David Stockhoff SUBS

This is another example of, if you don't own the record, you don't actually know what "version" is actually on any given release or reissue. Case in point: "The Woo Woo Train" [YouTube Video] "Lily Maybelle" [YouTube Video] Completely different edits than what is on the original...

Rick Thompson [Canada]:  She's My Life / She's My Life   Comment by labelmanager SUBS

Added label images from the collection of 45cat member Phantom Gtowner "Distributed in Canada by Sefel Almada, Montreal, P.Q."

Etta James And Sugar Pie DeSanto:  Do I Make Myself Clear / Somewhere Down The Line   Comment by arjayvee SUBS

I have a copy on Checker. Adding label scans now.

The Peep Show:  Your Servant, Stephen / Mazy   Comment by huwareyou

22 September 1967 according to the stamp on my copy

The Moving Sidewalks:  99th Floor / What Are You Going To Do?   Comment by T Moss

Two great uptempo sides here. Never knew about this band and that a pre-ZZ Billy Gibbons was a member. Born in December 1949 so he would have been 17 when he played on this record while sporting the early stages of his trademark beard.

Buddy Holly:  It Doesn't Matter Anymore / Raining In My Heart   Comment by RecordDragon

A-side here is the stereo version. Nod to Louval. [YouTube Video]

The Sandpebbles:  Love Power / Fairy Tales   Comment by RecordDragon

These two tracks were previously on the Calla label. How did these tracks end up on this Rhino/Collectables reissue whereas the B-side of 119 also on Calla . ended up being reissued on Warner Brothers? How did the tracks here not end up on Warners or conversely, how did...

David Whitfield:  Angelus / When You Lose The One You Love   Comment by labelmanager SUBS

Added label images from the collection of 45cat member Phantom Gtowner. Both sides blemished by what appears to be a radio station library sticker. Distributed by London Records of Canada, Ltd.
