can you have too much distortion. I think these sides might have been better with a cleaner accompaniment ? Anyone got an amp with inputs (or switch) marked "Clean/Dirty". I would build my own amp but frankly when the plates/grids run at up to 600v I dont want to take the risk

A lot of the Gary U. S. Bonds key hit singles were re-pressed in 1970-1973 as they were in many of the bigger retailers Oldies sections. i know first hand that Quarter to Three, New Orleans, School is Out and Dear Lady Twist were repressed then. The company i worked for...
