Some backstory. I'm a big guy with a beard and several tattoos. My wife was never a fan of tattoos. Ironic huh? She thought they were ugly in general and objected to a couple of them.
I've been complimented on my tattoos in the past. I have a mix of styles but most of my early tattoos are American traditional.
Anyways after arguing about it we agreed to a compromise. Neither of us would police tattoos or other aspects of our physical appearance beyond hygiene. So if she decided to go bald and not shave her body, she could do that.
Anyways fast forward two years. She's gotten really close to a friend of mine.
She went out with him a few days ago for brunch and came home with a fresh tattoo.
She had gotten matching Pokemon tattoos with MY friend. It was Jessie and James from Team Rocket. Neither of them are anime or video game people but apparently they both had fond memories of getting up at 6 on Saturday to watch early morning cartoons and they decided on a tattoo for nostalgia's sake.
I'm the last person to say that tattoos have to have meaning but come on.
My wife is upset that I'm upset that she didn't talk to me about this. She brought up the fact that we agreed not to police each other's tattoos. Her tattoo was tiny while I'm covered with them and to her credit she hasn't policed mine after we agreed not to.
I think it's different scenario. I have a ton of tattoos. This is her only tattoo and unless my friend has a tattoo on his ass his only tattoo too. I feel weird about my wife having a matching tattoo with another guy even if it's Pokémon. AIO?

Update: An apartment is opening up next week. I’ll take the day off and move out while he’s at work. Thanks everyone for supporting me. I’m so glad I didn’t quit my job like he wanted me to when I found out I have cancer. I would have been stuck with him.
Throwaway for privacy.
I (45F) had a double mastectomy due to breast cancer. Two months later, my husband (45M) demands we have sex because “it’s been too long”. He basically issued an ultimatum. So I finally agreed but asked him to not touch my chest. I had tissue expanders in and everything there was extremely sore.
He agreed but in the middle of sex he started grabbing my chest. It hurt. I begged him to stop. He didn’t listen to me, just kept going.
I’ve been trying to forgive and forget and move past it but I can’t. I told him I want a divorce and applied for an apartment. He tells me I’m being dramatic and that he didn’t cause any permanent damage. I don’t think I can ever trust him again. My family is telling me I’m overreacting, that men have needs. That’s the only reason I’m here. They’re telling me that expecting my husband to honor that boundary was unrealistic.
