Thriving in a Remote-First Work Environment
Our remote environment gives us the opportunity to hire great people from more places. Employee programmes – like our team bonding events, regional virtual mixers and global contests – promote belonging and connection no matter where a Houzzer lives. We also love opportunities to see other Houzzers and come together in-person for meetings, team bonding and recognition events when we can.

For example, our Sales teams participate in a wide variety of programmes that support their professional development and help them support our growing community of industry professionals. And we’ve designed our global Professional Development Reimbursement Programme to make sure it meets the needs of Houzzers across all teams. Global people managers also are invited to be part of our six-month Mentor Programme, where they can gain insight and inspiration from other Houzz leaders.
