The Capybaras started off a bit shaky this year, but have now gone 9 matches undefeated, after beating NYCFC II 3-4. Have climbed up the table in MLS Next Pro, up to third in their division.

Do we know anything about his contract signing or extension? I have someone on Facebook telling me he's gone at the end of the season for sure and that it's a done deal...idk if this is another Applebee's server story or not 🤣

Hi all, my company is helping Man City run a ticket giveaway (2 sets of tickets for the Saturday match) + merch prizes. The contest is an AR treasure hunt across popular spots in Columbus (think soccer-themed Pokemon Go).

I saw some discussion about the match (and tickets) on this sub, so I connected with the mods and wanted to make sure to highlight what I think (not that I'm biased) is a fun opp to win tickets.

I've given away tix for regular season Crew, playoffs and MLS Championship game and I'm ready to strike again. Only have 1 extra this go around and you'll have to sit with me and friends but should be fun. I'm trying to figure out how to make fun as a giveaway...give me suggestions

My son is a huge Chelsea fan so I am taking him to the game as his birthday present. Should I wear Crew gear? The alternative is to borrow a Chelsea jersey from him (as he has several) or just go in regular clothes. What do you all think?

Nancy is clearly better coach than me (has forgotten more about football than I will ever know), but that's not gonna stop me from trying.

Quality wise, Jones and Herrera will push for starting roles (will see how fast it takes them to adapt to Nancy Ball)

Nagbe and Zawa are still the duo for CM, but i do see Jones, Matan, and Chambost filling those spots if subs rolls or if we need little more offense in a game (Matan/Chambost)

Front 3 no change (if it ain't broke don't try and fix it), would love to see playing time for Jackson, Chambost, and JRR though.

Back 3 Amundsen, Camacho, Moreira been solid most of the year. (May get burnt a few times keeping a high line and teams playing very direct with us, but that's the risks we take)

Off Season Buys and Sells (I actually enjoy all these players just 100% business, no emotion in it)

Sell - Arfsten, Farsi, JRR... I know hot take but while they are playing the best ball of their career we cash out while they are at their highest value. (I might be 1 year early on selling these 3 but i think we cash out on them soon)
Schulte is also being sold to Europe (I think Hagen has shown some flashes I think he needs more playing time, like we gave to Patrick beginning of last year)
I am also gonna put Cucho is the Sell category with the stipulation no less than $25 million transfer fee.

Buy - Camacho and Nagbe Replacement... with their age we need to look into replacing them, we need a ball controlling CB and Nagbe is a top 10 mls player of all time, replacing him is no easy task.
If we sell Cucho, I say we spend 10m to 15m to find a replacement for him.

Development - Bonus section... Nancy is a great Developer of Players, lets spend some more money in Crew 2 and our Academy and continue to build a pipeline for the first team.

Might be a dumb question, but is everyone from both teams gonna be at the open practice on Friday? Like starting lineups? I have tickets and I was just wondering.

Thought it would amazing to find a meet and greet with a player(s) when they are in town this weekend. Anyone know of any fan events happening? I''ve found the VIP Chelsea packages, but not sure if they're worth it. Who's the Chelsea Legend coming?

Looking at third party tickets for Saturday’s match but don’t want to accidentally buy tickets for either team’s supporter sections. Does anyone know what sections are reserved?
