Christine and drama Christine and drama
TEAscussion 🫖🍵

I remembered that Christine said during the show ”i never start the drama i always finish it” and with mary she said ”i never once instigated the situtation”. I kept this in mind while watching. And besides s1 pool party, heathers open house where they talked about second bacherolette party and off camera news articles….she’s is right, on camera she was never the one to start anything :D she showed up, girls became very defensive or confronted her on her own birthday and business meetings. If she ever confronted someone it was in private or on her day offs. Very very rarely on the actual show she blew up situations first

Chrishell and Jason Chrishell and Jason
Chrishell Stause

I'm re-watching the series

Chrishell just bought her dream home and time has passed since her divorce

Has anyone noticed "signs" or anything between Jason and Chrishell before they announce on the show that they are a couple? I'm watching and reading into everything that goes on between them 👀

In a previous season, you can see Jason wipe a tear from his eye at the Food on Foot charity event where Chrishell talks about her past

I swear it seems like Jason has had a thing for her since season 1

Which office Which office
TEAscussion 🫖🍵

If you had to choose, for which office do you want to work for? Me its ss and with christine. I choose christine over oc any time. Oc is way more toxic than ss and that says something. If mary was managing that office i think she was send to mental hospital after that because of all the crazy. According to an article its even toxic behind the scene. How are they even getting more applications from realtors is beyond me

S3EP3 - The foolery between all these bros S3EP3 - The foolery between all these bros
Selling the OC season 3

This show has been a big fraternity and sorority between all these bros then Alex Hall and Polly...

Not sure if Sean is telling the truth nor do I care at this point with how aggressive Austin and Tyler have been towards him. To me that is telling of their bro-behavior... It is super gross. I do appreciate Jarvis standing up for him AND Kayla when Gio was accusing Kayla of stealing that listing/client. Then Mary calling a spade a spade to inform Kayla the client ended up choosing her to get this listing LOL.

Anyway, that's my 2 cents.

The lack of communication skills… The lack of communication skills…
Season 7

These women have is unbelievable. Rewatching here☝🏻

S7 where Amanza told Bre that Chelsea was playing a messenger was literally lost in translation that could’ve been solved in 2 seconds. I obviously know things are being streched out for the show but i don’t think it creates a good drama. To make drama out of situation that could be solved in 2 seconds is pointless. I believe what Chelsea meant was that when Bre joined everyone was talking and she voiced their opinions. Not anymore. And Amanza probably understood wrong. Bre could’ve asked Amanza and Chelsea to come and chat, asked that hey, Amanza told me this, what did you mean and Chelsea then could’ve clarified what she meant.

Also apology is not a magic word that makes things undone. It means that you recognice you did something wrong and promise to be better in the future. When Chelsea apologized Bre, I thought that Bre’s response was very expected and understandable. She heard and appreciated the apology but also told that she is hurt and is having hard time to just sweep it away. Then later when Chelsea found out that Bre is not still 100% ok with her she made a joke ”opening this mouth again” and pretended to unlock her mouth. That only proves that she didn’t genuenily try to mend things, she only apologized bc she had no supporters anymore.

And what if bre would’ve accepted the apology with open heart and said that yeah let’s be besties now? She would’ve been left with a fake friend who wasn’t even genuinely sorry about hurting her.

And don’t even get me started how everyone were so fucking pissed at Chrishell who was the only one trying to be a normal human being and draw boundaries. I understand meetings related to work but on her freetime she is not obligated to interact with anyone she doesn’t want to.

How these people don’t understand how emotions and human behaviour works?

It just dawned on me who Gio reminds me of… It just dawned on me who Gio reminds me of…
Selling the OC

I was watching Selling the OC s3ep3 and it randomly occurred to me that Gio reminds me of Patrick Bateman. You know, the guy from American Psycho. The narcissism, his aggressively curated perfect appearance (especially the hair), obsession with being number and wanting to look the best in all things. So fake. I can imagine him doing that whole monologue Patrick does in the opening of the film

Working so close with exes 😱 Working so close with exes 😱
Season 6

Rewatching season 6 where it's revealed that Jason had actually dated Mary, Chrishell AND Nicole?! Just wondering as a UK viewer if that's common LA workplace culture to be so close with, let alone work in the same office as so many exes? Is it fairly common to have an office full of exes? Feels a tad controlling, like Jason needs to keep tabs on all his exes in my opinion but curious to get some perspectives on this situation 👀

Favorite RE show on Netflix? Favorite RE show on Netflix?
Real Estate

There are many shows RE on Netflix but which is your favorite? Here are mine…

🥇The Parisian Agency: This show is actually about real estate and every property is unique and has so much character. Not only are the properties in Paris but also in many other cities and countries. No scripted drama. Love it. 🥈Selling Sunset: Beautiful houses and good drama, especially the first few seasons. Later seasons seems to be more about the drama and less about the houses but I still watch it. 🥉Buying Beverly Hills: Mauricio Umansky seems like a good boss, houses are killer and the drama seems like normal drama, not too over the top or unrelatable. Way more “characters” or agents than the other shows. 4️⃣Selling the OC: I feel like the houses are not its main purpose. Newer agents, some haven’t made any sales? Idk. Last seasons drama is juicyyyyyyy. It’s giving scripted but not 100% sure. Barely see management and they need an HR department lol 5️⃣Buying London: I do not like any of the houses, not my style. Cannot stand Daniel Dagger (the boss) but the other agents are ok. Only one season out so I’ll give it a go if there is another season. 6️⃣Owning Manhattan: I know many love Ryan from his previous show, which I’ve seen a couple episodes of but I’m not loving it. Not sure if it’s the agents who I didn’t click with in the first couple episode or if it’s the narrating style it has. Not sure I’ll finish it.

This is my opinion, I know it might be diff for others. Just wanted to share tho🫶🏽
