I have recently received a flex plate and needed to offset the z-axis by 2.7 mm.
Where is the sensor to install the spacer? Or do I need to do something on the software side because of the tilt technology?
I appreciate any assistance in advance.
Sent this to Amazon feedback and they're sending me a free spool of PLA+, colour of my own choice. Still a little unhappy that I've had 5 failed prints thus far though.
Does this always happen to anybody else?
Hit me up in reddit DMs first as i dont want to get spam bots.
If anyone recognizes my name its bosse on discord Im offering help because i like doing it.
I just cant do it anymore on the elegoo discord server, Why im not sure. Anyway hit me up and i can attempt my best to help you.
So I bought a new Mars 5 Ultra after breaking my old Mars 3 and still had the smaller Mercury Plus two-in-one station, which the build plate for the Mars 5 Ultra doesn't fit into. So I bought the Mercury XS and as happy as I am with the overall setup, now the plate is too small for the bucket and would slip all the way in. Any thoughts on how to get the plate to stop and suspend at about the five liter mark?
Hi there, i seem to have some odd issue with printing large top layers on my Neptune 4 MAX.
The left side of the picture shows the issue. After printing I sanded the top down a little, so the picture also shows some grit from the sanding paper.
To rule out some infill issue (sagging layer due to low infill % and infill type), I decided to get rid of the top layer. To my surprise I found a perfectly printed layer underneath the skin? I stopped removing the skin/top layer so the picture shows the top layer still there on the left and the layer underneath on the right.
What could be causing the strange tearing on the top layer skin (as seen on the left in the pic) ?

I've been seeing posts from people saying they got their Saturn 4s in within a week, and lots of people with them, meanwhile I'm still sitting at order submitted. I know it's only technically been out a little bit, but had anyone who preordered received any updates on shipping?
I have barely printed on it. And when cleaning up after a failed print I found a possible cause. This cracked randomly appeared. I'm gonna try and get a replacement but this is really disappointing. Is there any hope to getting this resolved from Elegoo?
Hey all. I am new to printing and after doing some research have set my eyes on the Neptune 4 Pro. I’m hoping to get into 3D printing with my son as he’s really into technology (like me!)
I have no clue where to start! I am wondering if PLA would be a good first timer filament to make some very small projects.
If you think anything else is valuable to know as a first timer, I appreciate any and all tips! I’ve been scanning the reddit trying to make note of things such as establishing the Z axis right away, etc.
Saw this listing yesterday but it looks fishy AF. They didn't even bother posting a picture.
Can anyone from confirm the dates for Amazon availability in the US store?
Just bought a Saturn 4 and tried the print test chess rook but it didn't stick to the build plate. I found a 4mm thick disk in the bottom of the resin tank. I used Standard 8k space grey resin. I setup platform definitions.printer = Elegoo Saturn 4 and accepted the defaults (Voxeldance Tango). In the platform definitions>Resin tab, I accepted the default (New script) as there were no other options. I guess that that was niaive, those settings are inappropriate? I see that there is an 'add' option for custom and third party scripts. There's a list of third party scripts in chinese so not much use to me. Surely there must be existing scripts for all the resins that Elegoo sell? Any advice?
This is so frustrating. Firmware updated, silicone bed springs. Z offset is way off without changing anything and while being gentle in removal. What do I do?
Hey hey. This will be my first 3d printer and honestly I've heard both that it's either great to begin and that it's not. I'm honestly pretty confident that I will be going with it either way, I'm ready to tinker and learn lol. but I am not sure if I should go for the Plus or the max. I was mainly going to be making cosplay props, which will likely include bigger parts, but is the size difference between plus and max really worth it(or even necessary?), or should I just go with Plus?
Any plans of a 40w laser engraver? I could really use the extra power.
Any tips for PETG on the Neptune 4 pro?
what's the little blue tube for?
I’m pretty sure by shutting off the printer during the middle of an update I’ve bricked my printer.
Once I did this I could no longer get the printer past the loading wheel and used a recommended software to flash the firmware with the fix bag, then the actual firmware pack, and then updated the screen firmware.
Once I did this I made some progress where it would load up but would crash when trying to level the bed.
After flashing the firmware again multiple times in case it was corrupted the overhead light on the printer now flashes indefinitely until I turn it off again and I have about given up on it.
Is there any chance of saving it because it was amazing for the first few months until I got the errors leading to updating the firmware
