So if you watch the new trailer for Phantom Fury, and watch closely at the end for the 3d Realm's logo, @ roughly you'll see Soldier 76's gun being "assembled" and then two of them below the logo in a bronze~ish finish.

I could be wrong, but I'm not entirely sure Blizzard gave them permission to use that specific (and iconic) gun in their logo. What do you guys think?

After layoffs back in December, it looks as if even more have happened. Even the lead developer for the game Core Decay is said to have been laid off.
There are a few other's who have said to have been too. At least 5 have posted about it that have been retweeted by ScottApogee.
