Certain upgrades were absolutely a requirement for many dapps. It's a self - reinforcing loop which the data shows is growing. Certain types of dapps require other dapps to be useful.

Transactions, addresses, tvl, number of dapps, all growing steadily. You invalidate your own points by looking like a fool.

Your arguing with people who don't want to intake and understand basic info. I would not waste to much time.

They still can't understand that an exchange or whale can simply create just ten wallets and then for every 10% they needed to withdraw from governance would cost them less then 1% of their total.

The b option is not scary to them, the exchanges or whales were never going to commit more of their balances then they felt comfortable not needing in next three months. Just a tiny bit of precautions protects them almost completely from these issues.

B would of hurt the small users who we see posts here saying accidently became ineligible. Exchanges aren't going to make those small mistakes.

Your token will be a security if it's value is derived from the success of your platform. Nothing you do with daos or anything will get around that it this point.

Free to not go the VC route and develop on your own time, many do. You just can't sell tokens to average users to fund it in the US.

The VC route just makes them be the first in line to buy. After that token hits the open market quickly. It's not great and concentrates some wealth, but is alot better for the casual investor then things like EOS ICO or Akita.

I disagree that it's not hard, we see over a hundred governors drop out and thousands of Algo become ineligible on average daily. Akita caused a massive drop itself.
