I live near Schwartz and Sandy’s and went last with my friend — it was Tom Sandoval’s birthday and I was very intrigued by what kind of people would be there.

Here are my hot takes, in no particular order:

-Schwartz: tall. Usually famous people seem shorter IRL but he was like, quite tall. He was trying his best to be nice and say hi to everyone, but the poor guy was being literally bombarded by fans every two seconds. Like could not walk to the bathroom without being stopped. I did not go out of my way to talk to him, just had a couple of “excuse me” and “hi” interactions in a too-crowded bar. He seemed nice.

-Sandoval: also very tall. I must begrudgingly admit that he was very charming. He was hugging and cheersing everyone. None of this changes my opinion on what kind of person he is (i.e., probs not good people).

-Victoria: I know nothing about this girl other than her questionable taste in men, but I must admit she was sooo pretty. I def did a little too much staring and probably weirded her out. If you’re reading this, Victoria: sorry, girl. I was just trying to figure out what I’m doing wrong in my skincare routine (spoiler: I don’t have money)

-kyle: I am a fragrance nut and he smelled SO LOVELY. I did not want to bother anyone but he was right next to me so I asked if he would be ok telling me what he was wearing (which can be a contentious question in the fragrance community) and he was kind enough to share his layering combo and even gave me some tips. He was very nice.

• Max (Schwartz’s BFF) seems just as douchey as expected. He was one of two bartenders. It was super packed and he was understandably stressed from how busy and understaffed it was, but this guy had classic D-list celebrity fuck boi energy. I tried for so long to order a drink and just could not get this dude to even acknowledge me. I am perfectly normal looking woman in my 30s and I don’t think I had anything weird on my face lol. My impression was he spent a lot of timing making drinks for his friends and was only begrudgingly serving us nasty plebeians when he absolutely could not avoid it. Like pls, I had no interest in any kind of “fan” interaction — I literally just wanted a margarita. We eventually gave up and went home. Maybe don’t bartend if you want to avoid fans?

My final review: cute if you want to spot VPR cast members but definitely full of LA people who want you to know they are too cool for you. And like, super hard to get a drink, which feels like the one thing a bar should be good at.

ETA: Oh yeah, and Schwartz was wearing like, actual sweatpants lol.

A leaked image appears to show that Kenya's haircare products will no longer be carried on Sally Beauty shelves! The leaked message appears to be to Sally Beauty associates educating them on how to respond to recent publicity surrounding Kenya's alleged "revenge p*rn."

Kenya Moore Hair Care will be discontinued at all Sally locations in stores and online.

Sorry if this has been discussed to death, I am only on season 9, but I am really bothered by how Scheana acts towards men in the show. She all but forces herself on them and the rest of the cast deems her as “boy crazy” but she is really weird and uncomfortable!!!

She tried to force Rob to tell her that he loved her and make their relationship more than it actually was. She tried to push herself onto Adam, and physically restrained him from leaving their argument at Britney and Jax’s event (I think it was their engagement party).

She was ESPECIALLY weird and borderline predatory towards Brett. I really hated that he brought up how filming her music video made him uncomfortable, and she told him to “learn how to speak up and stop being a pussy”. Imagine if a man had said that to a woman!!! And the other girls (Ariana in particular) backed Scheana up for saying this! I was so shocked, especially at the reunion when Ariana defended Scheana and told Brett to apologize for saying he was uncomfortable, because Ariana typically champions herself for being progressive.

Does anyone ever call her on this as the show goes on? This is insanity. I don’t see how she gets away with it.

Loren has just finished six weeks of recovery. Alex had no idea exactly what was to be expected of him. The whole recovery was downplayed by her. He is Working full time and taking care of three toddlers, his father, and his wife. He’s said several times it was too much for him but he did it. He was being a good father, son and partner. Add a war in his home country and concern for his family there. The guy needs a break

Then she suggests date night. Yay!!!! Date night. She great all dressed up for him and drops a new bomb shell. I want to go back to work full time and it won’t change our homelife. Umm. Girl….your timing sucks. Couldn’t you have a peaceful date night without new demands and new changes? Give the guy s minute to catch his breath after the last shitshow you pulled on him downplaying the surgery.
