Pocket Organizer as everyday wallet? Pocket Organizer as everyday wallet?
Discussion/Question

I am looking for a new wallet and was thinking of getting one of the LV Pocket Organizers as I don't carry a lot of cards around. I typically carry around 3-4 credit cards along with my ID cards and the Tesla keycard. Is the pocket organizer a good option for the amount of cards I carry? Which material would be the best one to get for everyday use but also long term wear and tear protection? I personally prefer leather items but I am not opposed to the canvas either. how durable is the canvas compared to the leather, and will either of the materials hold up for long term usage?

Not so frequent buyer of this brand, I've wanted to ask this question for a while.
Basically I've seen videos discussing the quality of LV products, especially leather bags and such, It's made me wonder if it's quality has declined over the years due to the expansion of the brand and the standard of its quality or maybe if its just a false statement.

Hi everyone!

I have a small luxury bag collection but I’m fairly new to lv. I got my first lv bag, a speedy 20 in empreinte leather, in the beginning of the year. I was thinking of getting a speedy 25 in canvas now and was doing some research. I saw a lot of people complaining about how fast the hardware tarnishes. I came across someone saying that the hardware they use in canvas bags are less quality than the ones used in leather bags. Is this true? The hardware of my speedy 20 looks perfect and I was expecting the 25 to have the same one.

I have been wanting to buy a brand new LV for years. I’ve been doing a lot of research on the quality of bags and after much thought, the bag I truly desire is not offered new. Why doesn’t LV keep a stock option for brown leather like they do for black and cream. CREAM of all colors? I went to an LV store and looked at the OTG reverse in canvas. Was not satisfied with the quality at all. I really loved the warm cognac OTG, I just wish they would keep a stock of a rich brown other than their signature canvas. Am I the only one?!

I’m based in Queensland Australia and my husband has had an LV cardholder for just over two years. Over the last 6ish months the inner lining has been flaking off and making a mess. We took it in store where we were treated very poorly and told it was our fault for putting more than one card in each slot (we had two in each slot and had never been told of this ‘limit’). It took a call to their customer service line to have them offer to send it away for assessment, and then we were told there was nothing they could do. They’ve not offered anything other than telling us to buy another wallet or pay for repairs. I thought Australia had a mandatory 3 year warranty - but LV is saying there is no warranty. Is there any way to get some compensation in this situation? This has been such a disappointing experience from a company that is meant to offer the best.
