This is something that has been picking at my brain... Aaravos says to Viren, the second time they speak orally (after Viren has searched Aaravos in the library) "I never lie" and that stuck with me for some reason. Why would Aaravos say something like that, if he might lie? Does he ever lie in the series? And if he never lies, then why not? I'm really unsure about this, so if anyone has theories or remembers if we ever learn that Aaravos lies, then please let me know!
N.B. I am not counting Aaravos' deception of the archdragons as lying because that's hiding the truth... not lying. Lying (in my eyes) is deliberately telling an untruth, not concealing a truth nor accidentally telling an untruth.
