You all keep calling every little thing that happens the shuffle but it's all been wrong til now.

Dfv buys pet stock 6/24 for $25. Files form w sec that comes out today. But he sold during the spike. He's already out of it. If he bought at $25 and sold at $35, he made $90M AND he knows algos dump GME on bad RK news so he can swoop back in at a massive discount and spark another GME cycle.

This would allow him as of now to buy back all his GME shares for $2/share cheaper. Meaning he'd have his same shares plus $100M+ in cash.

If this is true we may get another form this week saying he sold on the date of the spike.

Edit: wow. Didn't expect this to blow up so much. I still think something like what I've described above is possible. Or even that his filing could be based on calls rather than shares. But I want to pose one more thought. What is DFV telling us by buying the exact same # of pet stock shares that we know he has/had of GME? 9,001,000. To me this insinuates a 1:1 transaction. Over the last short period of time, GME and pet stock have basically been about the same price. Is it possible that pet stock and GME are merging? Is it possible that once they do, owning 9,001,000 pet stock shares ends up being the same thing as owning 9,001,000 GME shares anyway? Is this the clue? In the emoji timeline he has the dog. Then, from the best combined analysis I've put together from you folks, the Flag is July 4th and the notes over the flag are from "the dog days are over". Are we getting a pet stock/GME merger announcement this week?

Keith Gill today this morning disclosed a 9,001,000 share position in CHWY. It has not been disclosed what his cost basis is, until he buys or sells additional shares that would trigger a form 4 disclosure.

What are people’s thoughts on this? Is CHWY a value play?

This is also his first official filing with the SEC

To those questioning it’s authenticity because of the cat question - Form 13’s can be customized with questions like that. he’s obviously memeing. It’s also on the sec website.

You think he would come back after three years to livestream his long term thesis on a stock that he hasn’t left for the past three years just to jump and abandon ship? Wrong. He is still in and this is all part of his plan. You think he sold calls and bought shares of GME just to sell those exact same shares the in the next few weeks? no. DFV has built up a war chest for his potential plans and he did not sell his shares to buy into chewy.

For the past 2 years, CHWY trades at around 37-39$ on July 4th. Like clockwork. The CHWY share buyback was announced on 5/29, not last week. The price jump last week was disconnected from any real news, because it’s on a round trip back to 38$ no matter what due to the swaps. NOW, apply t35 to the buyback announcement, and you get July 3rd. ADD IN RK taking a massive stake, plus retail FOMO and someone’s settlement is going to have a bad time.

Dog emoji was chewy. Flag is July 4th. Change in color was swaps expiring and the dog (stock) is back to life. Kitty wants to make basket go boom.

Edit 2: Not financial advice boogaloo - Chewy already did a spike with massive volume to 38, so whatever needed to happen may have happened. Not suggesting any chewy plays, just pointing stuff out. Now, what happens next?!

Keith Gill registered as a purchaser of 9,001,000 shares (that’s a familiar number, isn’t it?)

I plan to do more digging later today to see if there are any other hints within the emoji chain tweet, but would love help because y’all are infinitely better at this than I am. Am I up to 250 words yet? How can I tell? I unfortunately am not able to expand on this much more and it seems too big of a deal to bury in the daily thread. All I am thinking is 🐶 price movement is going to be very very interesting today and the affect it has on our beloved is going to be even more intriguing!

IMO, (NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE)

KC Shuffle is convincing a mark that an attack is coming at or near a targeted date. WHAT THE MARK DOES TO PREPARE FOR THE ATTACK is expected and used against the mark for the most possible damage.

1. RK makes it painfully clear that he's planning something FOR GME in early to mid July

(SHF's respond by heavily hedging calls and shares in GME preparing for RK, RC or whatever is coming) (AND SHF's dropping puts as well)

2. RK, at some point, quietly buys dirt cheap calls in CHWY...then RK posts a CHWY dog emoji and the algos go nuts (like he knew they would) and he sells his calls at the top. ***a ton of $30 CHWY calls were sold Friday

3. RK then buys 9,001,000 shares of CHWY late Friday

***HERE'S ANOTHER LITTLE WRINKLE ....We don't know that CHWY is the only XRT ETF stock that RK has targeted (Is there an "American" themed company on XRT?). Could that be what the flag is for? Murphy? ticker $MUSA? Who knows.

4. GME being replaced by Chewy kills the SHF's protection (hedging in GME)...they are NOT hedged in these other XRT tickers.

5. Now the SHF's must hedge CHWY and taper GME hedges.
