Discogs has a UK entry where the disc is made in England, so I suspect that this Netherlands pressing wasn't made for the UK; the "Imported From Europe" sticker on the cover makes me think that this was intended for the USA (and Canada?), as the PolyGram companies there...

I have designated this as a UK issue; seems to contain the same disc as the German one, but the cover has text in English instead of German.

It looks as though this is a tramscription from an older excellent recording, so I hope Angel did a better job of it than Orchard Enterprises: [YouTube Video]
