Unfortunately my cat has passed away this morning and we were set to have an appointment tomorrow to put her down. When I called to cancel and let them know she had passed they were so respectful. When I brought her in and filled the forms, they gave me a room to fill them in so I didn't have to be in front of everyone. Overall I've felt so taken care of them with her end of life care and really hope more vets can be like this
