In an exclusive interview with 9honey Michelle said she finds most people feel like they need to have their baby named before they're born, but you don't.

"I definitely say to anyone who's thinking, 'Oh, my gosh, I've only got seven weeks to go or my baby is due next week', It's OK," she explained.

"Often when you stop looking, the name will come to you.

"There might be little signs, you might see something and think, 'My gosh, I've seen that name so many times lately,' look out for signs like that."

Michelle also said parents should allow themselves some time to just sit with the names.

"If there are a couple of names on your mind, just between you guys you could just say them out loud, make sure they sound right and flow with siblings," she said.

"Because sometimes people forget that, and then they go, 'Oh, my gosh, this is the name, but the first and last doesn't work well together,' or whatever it might be."

Michelle wants parents to try not to get overwhelmed and say the name out loud, because when it feels right you'll just know.

But she also understands how this can be such an overwhelming thing for parents, which is where her services come in.

"It's like the first gift we're gonna give our baby," she explained.

"We're giving them something that they're gonna be known by for the rest of their life, so it makes sense that it's such a big deal.

"And that parents are taking the time to decide on such a big decision, because it's forever."
